Abstract: A recent phase I clinical study tested anti-ROR1 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia, non-small cell lung cancer, and triple-negative breast cancer. The product could be safely administered and had activity in chronic lymphocytic leukemia but less so in non-small cell lung cancer and triple-negative breast cancer.
