Abstract: In determining the quality of the healthcare system, patient safety is one of the most important aspects. During medical activities, medical personnel are not insured against professional errors. In order to reduce the number of errors, the doctor should be guided by the Law on Health Protection, the International Standard of Professional Ethics, the International Code of Medical Ethics, the UNESCO Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Medicine.
