Abstract: The article discusses the complexity of defining professional profiles for Brazilian Air Force Officers, emphasizing the diversity of functions and the need for adequate training. UNIFA, through its schools, aims to provide curricula that meet the requirements of the Ministry of Aeronautics, promoting technical specialization and continuous improvement. CIEAR focuses on specialization courses, while ECEMAR and EAOAR concentrate on developing skills for command and leadership roles. The text highlights the importance of aligning curricula with practical needs, valuing empirical experience alongside theoretical training.
