Year: 2024
Type: article
Abstract: As part of an ongoing, prospective study developing an HIV adherence and engagement intervention for women in Southern Florida, we abstracted baseline demographic, psychosocial and medical history data charted in the participants' electronic medical records. Several differences were observed, in terms of documentation of gynecological and sexual and health data by patients' linguistic preference. The purpose of this quantitative, retrospective study was to test the differences of data documentation by linguistic group and comment on the findings.
