Abstract: The article discusses the importance of using information systems in civil aviation administration, highlighting the need for user-friendly, centralized software that allows decentralized data updates. The implementation of an efficient system aims to optimize decision-making through real-time updated statistical reports, as well as facilitate the execution of bureaucratic tasks. The study concludes that the adoption of computational technologies is essential to manage the large volume of information and the complexity of public administration, especially in a rapidly growing sector like civil aviation.
