Abstract: The article "A Diagnosis of the Rotation Process of Senior Aviator Officers of COMAER with Emphasis on Professional Qualification" analyzes the importance of professional qualification in the movement process of officers in the Air Force. The research highlights that the current human resource management does not adequately consider the qualifications of the officers, negatively impacting their performance and knowledge retention. The study proposes a diagnosis of the rotation process, identifying gaps and suggesting improvements to ensure that the competencies of the officers are better utilized in the operations of the Air Force.
