Increasing the efficiency of applying skull coating to the converter lining

Abstract: High-quality repair of worn areas of the converter lining is determined by good adhesion of various materials applied to the surface being repaired. To obtain the desired result, it is necessary to have a certain lining temperature and prepared modiﬁed slag, which can be adjusted when using an oxygen gas lance with a burner function.
