Abstract: Supplemental Fig. S8. The KPC-FIO tumors and conditioned media from the KPC-FIO cells are enriched in pro-inflammatory and T cell chemoattractive cytokines. A. Established subcutaneously implanted 2138 and 2138-FIO tumors were evaluated for cytokine expression by cytokine array. About 3 to 5 tumors per group were pooled for analysis. B. 2138 and 2138-FIO, cultured in the media supplemented with 2% FBS for 48 hours, were evaluated for cytokine expression by cytokine array. Arrows indicate overlapping cytokines between the tumors and conditioned media. Signal intensity was analyzed by ImageJ. Error bar ± SD from technical replicates. C.
