Abstract: Supplementary Figure 4: In-Vivo treatment schedule of injections and imaging. After i.p. injection of saline or T-cells, tumors were injected with saline, scGPC3/CD3, or the GPC3/CD3 bispecific antibody every 12 hours for a total of five injections. This serial injection sequence was repeated on the fourth day following the first injection. Mice were euthanized on day 14 with tumor tissues preserved for histology.
