Abstract: Supplemental Fig. S2. KPC-FIO cells display reduced sensitivity to 5FU (F), irinotecan (I), oxaliplatin (O), and the FIO combination. A-H. The parental KPC (2138, 3886, 3213, and 1245) and KPC-FIO (2138-FIO, 3886-FIO, 3213-FIO, and 1245-FIO) cells were treated with vehicle control, 4 µM 5FU (F), 12.5 nM SN38 (I), 0.5 µM oxaliplatin (O), or a combination of the three drugs (FIO). The effects of drug treatments on cell proliferation after 72 hours were evaluated by WST1 assay and cell death after 48 hours by annexin V/PI staining. Error bars ± SEM.
