Abstract: The article discusses approaches to lowering blood pressure in hypertension, based on the new recommendations of the ETC and the recommendations of the 2024 MOH clinical protocol. The peculiarities of prescribing different classes of drugs according to the materials of each of the above-mentioned documents are highlighted.
