Abstract: In patients with end-stage renal and current or planned arteriovenous fistula, trans-radial access is listed as a relative contraindication to preserve future hemodialysis (HD) fistula sites. Herein, we report a case of trans-radial trans-fistula arterial access in the setting of an abandoned HD fistula with preserved flow.
