Abstract: Silent sinus syndrome is a rare condition characterized by an almost always unilateral collapse of the maxillary sinus. The most characteristic symptom of this syndrome is enophthalmos. Naso-sinusal disorders are rarely associated with this condition. We are going to discuss a case that was associated with recurrent sinusitis. In this case report, we describe how we managed this rare syndrome so we can share our experience with those colleagues that may face this condition.
