Abstract: Patients with relapsed or refractory (r/r) DLBCL, primary mediastinal B-cell lymphoma and early relapse (up to 2 years) FL have a poor prognosis and short overall survival. Standard second-line chemotherapy for patients under 60-65 years old with r/r DLBCL includes intensive chemotherapy courses with platinum drugs and autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT). It is known that response to therapy is achieved only in half of patients against the background of standard chemotherapy. Addition of new targeted drugs can improve treatment outcomes. This paper presents the first results of adding Venetoclax to chemotherapy in patients with r/r aggressive B-cell lymphomas.
