Issues of Creating a Student's Digital Profile in Order to Form His Career Environment

Abstract: The article considers issues of forming a student’s digital profile of in order to digitalize the organizational educational process. The features of creating a digital profile, as well as the data features that allow to create a student’s profile are provided. The problems that need to be solved to create a digital profile for taking informed decisions about the choice of the individual educational process and professional development are presented. A generalized description of digital competencies that allow to implement an individual approach to the educational program development and an individual studying algorithm are also provided. The features of the digital career environment formation as the virtual space for communication, exchange of experience and knowledge between students, teachers and employers, are considered. The advantages of a person-centric approach for creating a student’s digital career environment to deal with his further successful employment are described.
