Genocide of the Russian-speaking population of Donbass. Criminological and criminal law justification

Abstract: The article analyzes the causes and conditions of genocide of the Russian speaking population of Donbass by the Kiev regime, shows its connection with the criminal ideology and practice of Nazism. Based on the norms of international and criminal law, as well as the facts of criminal activity (Article 357 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), the theoretical and legal justification of the need to condemn and bring the leadership of Ukraine to criminal responsibility, including at the international level, is given.
