Abstract: Max Weber (1864-1920) revealed his major Sociological observation, of the “Principle of Rationality”. The Principle of Rationality consisted of two social movements, Substantive (traditional culture/inner world) and Formal Rationality (modern society, Money Economy (Outer world).
