Abstract: CAT-TREM2-Macrophages A roller, equipped with needle tires and loaded with CAR-TREM2-Ms, traversed this road. CAR-TREM2-Ms appear like graceful angels, clearing away DPP4+ fibroblasts and regulating the fibrotic phenotype of vascular endothelial cells. The “scarred road” undergoes a transformation into smooth and flat road following compaction by a roller. More details can be found in article number 2406153 by Wen Zeng and co-workers.
