Abstract: Summary Xanthogranulomatous epithelial tumor (XGET) is a rare soft tissue and bone neoplasm with distinct immunophenotypic and molecular features. The banal histomorphological characteristics of this lesion fail to foreshadow its potentially aggressive clinical behavior. The prognostic and therapeutic significance is not sufficiently explored because of the rarity of this entity.
