Abstract: Purpose: This study aims to explore the impact of childhood neglect on college students' self-focused attention, so as to deeply understand the psychological development characteristics of college students and provide a theoretical basis for preventing and intervening in college students' self-focused attention. Methods: A random sample survey of 307 college students was conducted using the Childhood Neglect Scale (CNS) and the Self-focused Attention Scale (SFAS). Results: There was a significant negative correlation between childhood neglect and the self-focused attention of college students.
