Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. BPR Cahaya Artha Bali. The population in this study consisted of all employees of PT. BPR Cahaya Artha Bali, totaling 32 people, with the sampling technique using saturated sampling technique, resulting in a sample size of 32 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis testing show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Cahaya Artha Bali. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Cahaya Artha Bali. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Cahaya Artha Bali.
