Abstract: Introducing the quality management system in the company leads to: continuous frequent improvement, increased competition, increased efficiency and profitability, clear procedures, minimization of errors, reduction of production time, greater motivation, better communication and information, optimization of image, security and trust in products or services. The problem we will address is the use of quality tools and techniques to observe the factor sthatinfluence the final quality of product sand services. Manufacturers or researchers are more product-oriented, where quality is described by specific measurable indicators and characteristics of the product. However, consumers, sellers and economists describe quality as a combination of consumer want sand needs, which includes product characteristics, shelflife, permanent supply, food safety and ethical aspects.
