Abstract: This study investigates the relationship between job demand, control, and social support on the mental health of pilots. Given the documented prevalence of mental health challenges among pilots, including stress, suicidal thoughts, and anxiety, this research aims to identify key factors influencing their well-being and develop tailored recommendations.
