Abstract: Immune checkpoint inhibitorrelated thrombocytopenia (ICIRT) or targeted therapyrelated thrombocytopenia (TTRT) is one of the common adverse reactions to antineoplastic drugs. Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of avatrombopag for ICIRT or TTRT in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).
