Abstract: Nystagmus, characterized by involuntary eye movements, can arise from several causes, with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo being the most prevalent. This case report describes the amelioration of vertical nystagmus in a patient with advanced glioma after treatment with the GABAergic drug baclofen.
