Abstract: BEM is a key decision support tool for energy efficiency, demand flexibility, and electrification at the building and building stock levels. The OpenStudio SDK maximizes the value of BEM by enhancing the productivity, consistency, and transparency with which it is applied. OpenStudio enables BEM experts to encapsulate domain and process knowledge in such a way that makes it usable by a range of stakeholders.
