Methods IIn this video, we demonstrated a step-by-step technique using modifications of several local anesthetics use at time of penile prosthesis surgery including regional pudendal nerve blocks. Results These local and regional anesthetics techniques can be used by urologists to improve post operative pain level in patients receiving penile prosthesis and improve overall outcomes.
