Abstract: In order to realize the parameters of the full life cycle of the nuclear power plant (new purchase, operation, use, maintenance, and scrap) parameter, we improve the multi-parameter of the entire working conditions (air rotation, plugging, opening/closing, different load rates) under different conditions of the source traceability. For the construction of the chain and mastering of the offline detection technology of electric actuators, this article introduces an electric actuator detection device and detection method designed based on the principle of hydraulic dynamics. Device and computer, data analysis processing software form a complete set of equipment to detect the torque, speed, and power output of the electric actuator.
