Fault diagnosis method of converter valve equipment based on infrared image processing

Abstract: To solve the problem of abnormal heating of converter valve equipment, this text suggests a means for diagnosing failures of valve converter devices based on infrared radiation. First, the image is processed by gray level elimination and image segmentation, and then the relative temperature difference algorithm is used for defect diagnosis. Finally, experiments bear out the precision of the means.
