Type: article
Abstract: To escape the demands of high-intensity working environments in the hair styling industry, two female entrepreneurs and friends, Caroline and Genevieve, ventured into the realm of small-business ownership. They became business partners by establishing a small salon business intending to reconnect with their love for artistry and hairstyling. Despite their shared enthusiasm and a harmonious working relationship, Caroline encounters stress and feelings of burnout once more, grappling with the demands of entrepreneurship and balancing her personal life, including small children, finances, and internal expectations. Caroline is standing at a crossroads, as she decides the next steps to not only keep the business successful but also reduce her stress and avoid burnout.
