Abstract: The article is devoted to the problem of changing leadership in organizations in the context of the introduction of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies.The directions of development of the AI technology market and the features of their use by companies are considered.The authors believe that leaders need to approach the introduction of AI into company activities from a systems approach.The authors proposed directions for changes in leadership in organizations when implementing AI projects.
