Abstract: The article presents data on experimental infection of guinea pigs with bovine leukemia virus (BLVV). Animals were intraperitoneally injected with a cell suspension of lymphocytes obtained from a cow with leukemia in hematological form. It was found that in 100% of individuals, specific fluorescence of lymphocytes was detected on the 14th day after infection, and proviral DNA was detected on the 21st day. The presence of the virus was also confirmed using PCR and RNIF in all animals on the 180th day after infection.
