Use of By-products of Alcohol Production From Non-traditional Plant Raw Materials in the Extrusion Technology

Abstract: The work shows the prospects of using secondary raw materials from alcohol production, which processes non-traditional raw materials, in the technology of extruded products. This technical solution contributes to the greening of production, reduction of waste, and allows expanding the range of inexpensive functional ingredients. The influence of the introduction of secondary raw materials from non-traditional raw materials formed within the framework of an integrated alcohol production technology on the structural, mechanical, and color characteristics of extrudates is shown.
