Abstract: This article offers a comprehensive examination of egg and meat poultry farming practices in the Republic of Uzbekistan. It presents statistics on the production of edible eggs and poultry meat in recent years, as well as strategies for enhancing the productivity of poultry farming operations in both large-scale industrial farms and smaller-scale enterprises. Additionally, the article delves into the various breeds of chickens and turkeys utilized in the country.
