Abstract: This article describes the process of diagnosis, design and application of an interventioninstruction from professional practice in legal psychology, whose objective was to promote therecognition of the care routes for victims of domestic violence declared by the Family PoliceStation of commune 7. of Cúcuta during the 2022-2 period. Thanks to a diagnostic andintervention design, it was possible to describe the level of knowledge of the victims about theroutes to events of family violence; Instructions were designed and substantiated to informvictims about the comprehensive routes in case of harmful events; and the quantitative andqualitative results of the application were described. It is concluded that the psychoeducationalintervention effectively managed to promote the recognition of care routes in victims during2022-2.
