This study investigates the relationship between BP, SC, and LS among employees. The study aims to explore how individual differences in boredom proneness and self-consciousness may influence employees' overall life satisfaction. By examining these variables, this research seeks to contribute to a deeper understanding of the factors that contribute to employee well-being and job satisfaction.
