Abstract: Interdisciplinary prevention of violence in the workplace Preventing violence in the workplace is becoming increasingly more important. Helios Arbeitsmedizin offers interdisciplinary advice to support companies in the prevention and aftercare of violent incidents. Our team of occupational safety, occupational medicine and occupational psychology specialists develop concepts tailored to the company that promote a safe working environment and offers professional help to employees and managers. In the following interview, Maria Helbig and Paul Bäcker present the concept of Helios Arbeitsmedizin on the topic of violence and violence prevention.
