Abstract: To determine the response of soil bacterial community structure to the difference of Nitrogen deposition concentration in thr RS of Taxodium distichum (L.) Rich. planting in water-level-fluctuation zone of Changtan mountain reservoir, southern-east .part of China. Three levels (0, 30Kg/ha·a, 60Kg/hm·a) were used to simulate nitrogen deposition. The illumina miseq sequencing method was used to study the bacterial community of the RS Taxodium distichum (L.) Rich. planting in this region. The results indicated that the shannon index and Chao 1 index of soil bacterial community structure in water-level-fluctuation zone showed an initial increase and subsequent decrease with increasing nitrogen deposition. Nitrogen deposition addition greatly changed the bacterial community structure in the RS of Taxodium distichum (L.) Rich. planting in water-level-fluctuation zone of reservoir. The relative abundance of Acidobacteria increase with increasing nitrogen deposition, while relative abundance of Actinobacteria decrease with increasing nitrogen deposition at phylum level. The relative abundance of Gemmatimonadetes and Sphingomonas showed an initial decrease and subsequent increase with increasing nitrogen deposition at genus level. Our results can provide a scientific basis for further thoroughly understanding and predicting the influence of future atmospheric nitrogen deposition on ecological functions of bacterial community in carbon and nutrient cycles of water-level-fluctuation zone of mountain reservoir.
