Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the mechanical properties and preparation efficiency of PBO fiber in China need to be further improved, this study explored the conformation of PBO fiber macromolecular chains and predicted its mechanical properties by using microscopic simulation design technology, which provided basic theoretical and technical support for improving the quality stability of PBO fiber engineering mass production, reducing manufacturing costs and shortening the gap with foreign products.
