38P Biomarkers predictive of response to immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy in patients with metastatic melanoma

Year: 2024
Type: article
Abstract: Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors (ICIs) have substantially improved the prognosis of metastatic melanoma. However, not all patients benefit equally. To optimize patient selection for ICIs and minimize immune-related toxicity in those with a low likelihood of response, it is essential to identify predictive biomarkers. Our study assessed the association between certain patient characteristics and response to ICIs, progression-free survival (PFS), and overall survival (OS).
