Abstract: The abstract outline the process and tools employed in MODELLING AND LAYOUT OF G+3 RESIDENTIAL BUILDING USING AUTOCAD AND 3DS MAX .The objective of this project is to design an efficient and aesthetically pleasing residence that maximizes the available spaces for two separate living units .Using AutoCAD, the initial floor plans and elevations are created, incorporating all necessary architectural elements such as rooms, doors, windows, and structural features.The software's precision and versatility allow for accurate measurement and placement of components.To enhance the visual representation and provide a more realistic experience.3D'sMax, a detailed 3D model of the duplex house is created, presenting a virtual walkthrough of the property.This allows for a comprehensive understanding of the layout, as well as the ability to visualize with different materials, textures, and lighting conditions.The combined use of AutoCAD and3D's Max software ensures a comprehensive and efficient approach to modelling and layout design, resulting in a wellorganized and visually appealing duplex house.
