Abstract: The original version of this article contained the following errors: 1. In the Abstract, the word “ququart” was mistakenly changed to “quotes” instead of being quoted. 2. In the third paragraph of the Introduction, the word “ququart” was incorrectly changed to “quoted”. 3. In the caption of Fig. 7a, “The ‘o-’ qubit and ‘n-’ qubit of two ququarts” was incorrect has now been corrected to “The ‘o’-qubit and ‘n’-qubit of two ququarts.” 4. In the “Flag-based FTQEC” section, the sentence “we list out the stabilizers lists and logical operators for the...” has been corrected to “we list out the stabilizers and logical operators for the…”. 5. In Eq. 1, the symbol ⊗ \otimes was incorrectly presented and should be enlarged to ⊗ \bigotimes. 6. In the caption of Fig. 8, the text “If i-th ququart...” was incorrect and should have read “If the i-th ququart...” 7. In Eq. 13 an unnecessary space was introduced between “D_(k_1,k_2)→ \(\tilde{{\rm{D}}}\) _(k_1,k_2)” and “(s^',s,ρ ̂)” which has now been removed.
