Abstract: Cloud-native applications, built to leverage the scalability and flexibility of cloud infrastructure, have transformed how organizations develop, deploy, and manage software. However, their dynamic and distributed nature presents unique security challenges, such as container vulnerabilities, API exploits, and misconfigurations. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a critical enabler in addressing these challenges. This white paper explores the role of AI in securing cloud-native applications, examining its capabilities in threat detection, automated response, compliance enforcement, and anomaly identification. By integrating AI-driven tools and methodologies, organizations can safeguard their cloud-native environments while enhancing operational agility and resilience.
