Functional Class II Treatment Simultaneous With Selective Reduction of Talon Cusps: A Case Report

Abstract: Selective reduction of bilateral nonsyndromic talon cusps in an 11-year-old class II patient enabled successful mandibular repositioning with a twin block appliance. This approach achieved desired orthodontic outcomes without causing pain or sensitivity following reduction, highlighting a novel strategy for managing talon cusps in orthodontic treatment.
