Simulation of Multithreaded Furnace Operation Processes

Abstract: The article discusses the theoretical foundations of simulation modeling, as well as paradigms that include analysis and subsequent selection of the optimal method for solving the problem of visualizing processes taking place in a convection-radiant furnace. The method of discrete-time modeling, its basic concepts and features were considered in more detail. The purpose, general design and principle of operation of a multithreaded furnace were given. A thorough analysis of the technological process was also carried out and the main elements of the system were highlighted, as well as key events that cause changes in the state of the furnace were identified, followed by software simulation of the processes of operation of a multithreaded furnace.
