Abstract: The immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) nivolumab and pembrolizumab are some of the principal treatment options for relapsed or refractory classic Hodgkin lymphoma. However, immunotherapy has been related to dermatological adverse events (DAEs) and could lead to discontinuation of cancer treatment in severe cases. DAEs encompass entities such as Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS), toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN), SJS/TEN-like reactions, drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms (DRESS). We reported a case of a 46-year-old- female with classic mixed cellularity Hodgkin lymphoma, Lugano IV, who underwent a hematopoietic cell transplant and subsequent relapse, currently with Stevens-Johnson Syndrome secondary to nivolumab.
