Abstract: Cardiac cystic echinococcosis is a rare form of cystic hydatid disease. Hydatid cysts are multilocular and are picked up incidentally. We here describe a case of an isolated unilocular cardiac hydatid cyst of the interventricular septum with multimodality imaging, treatment approach, and operative findings.
