An Algorithm of Development of the Strategy of Digital Trans-formation of the Region Economy

Abstract: The article contains a list of stages for forming a strategy of digital transformation of the regional economy. A detailed de-scription of each stage is given. The paper demonstrates that digital transformation of the regional economy may be unnecessary in some situations. It is demonstrated that the optimal model for setting up a digital infrastructure for digital transformation of the regional economy is a public-private partnership. Recommendations are formu-lated for organization of cooperation be-tween the region and the private operator of digital infrastructure.
