Abstract: The effect of the discharge power and the time of surface treatment of quartz microfibres with low-temperature plasma on the amount of interfacial tension and adhesion at the "rubber - microfiber" interface has been studied. It has been established that the introduction of quartz microfibers modified by plasma improves the basic operational properties of materials (vulcanization, elastic strength, fire protection).
