Abstract: The chapters in this part deal with overlaps of the policy areas of tax, trade, and investment. Complementing the focus on interactions at the governance level adopted in Part I of this book, the chapters in this part focus on individual cases to show how interlinkages between the different areas play out within specific international agreements and in cases heard by investment tribunals.
